2- Dry skin :
Dry flaking skin is common in adults, especially in the dry winter season. Sometimes, the only reason for dry skin is low water consumption, which dehydrates the body and makes the skin look dry and cracked.
The easiest solution is to drink lots of water, cover your skin with suitable clothes in winter and use moisturizing lotions and soaps to keep the skin moisturized. Just sometimes, the skin becomes so dry that it can cause eczema or infections. In that case, in-home care will not be of any help, and you will have to consult a dermatologist.
